Hello, I would like to report a problem I encounter a lot . It is difficult to take degrees (normal you might say ) But I often have the game crash during game and it makes me lose a rank directly !! I think it’s really unfair to pay for bugs of the game …
yea I’ve had that happen but for the first time today i cannot connect to any fire team in my lobby. I’ve been trying for almost an hour now
Do not assume they are bugs, it may be your internet falling off for long enough that you lose connection to the game server (which is an immediate thing) but you wouldn’t notice that amount of time on the network itself (without running a tail log) or seeing it as a wireless connection on your phone.
Best thing I can say is, use a wired network.

If this does happen, reset your router. Don’t just turn it off and back on. Unplug it for 5 minutes and plug it back in. It should fix any network issues you are having.

Eh I know what the guys talking about, the game crashes entirely and kicks you back to the dashboard. I’ve only had it happen when I was browsing the menus too quickly though, never in an actual match.

did this…as well as a hard reset to the xbox. now i cannot connect to any arena or war zone match
