Hello all,
I’ve logged back onto MCC after 2 months with no problems at all until today. I hopped on matchmaking and 1 to 2 minutes in MCC freezes however the audio keeps going until it slowly dies out. Because of this issue, I always have to close out MCC with task manager which was not always successful. All my drivers are updated, I’ve played around with the video settings, I’ve reinstalled everything, and I verified all the files with absolutely no luck. The odd part about this all is I’m able to play campaign with no problems whatsoever.

Hey uwotm8ilrekye, I’m experiencing this exact issue. I’ve made no changes to the game and no matter what I do, the game is consistent at freezing me within 30-40 secs in every match I join.
I’ve been having the same issue for weeks now. Tried verifying the files and even reinstalling to no success at all. There was a campaign issue for CE that was resolved by updating windows but that didn’t solve the freezing issue. I’ve seen other posts on here for the same issue but never found the solution. I always have to end the game via task manager, and what’s weird is that campaign (as well as multiplayer campaign) works perfectly fine.
Same here, campaign and coop campaign works fine. As soon as I get into matchmaking games, that’s when the freezing occurs
Same here. Mine freezes when matchmaker has found players and on connecting session and freezes right there although the music is still playing. This has happened on six of the eight matches the game has tried to connect me to today and this gets very agitating given the fact that here in SEA, matchmaker takes centuries to find players. Turning off relays only fixes it for a few matches before the problem comes back again and at that point, even turning it back on and off again doesn’t work.
And even on those two firefight matches I played today, one was on a West US server and was unplayable, the other was in SEA but the game tells me that I lost connection to xbox live ON THE LAST 60 SECONDS OF THE MATCH and kicks me out, effectively forfeiting everything that I would have earned from that match.
The worst thing too, is when trying to get back to a match after a certain amount of attempts, I’m prompted with a suspension due to leaving matches frequently. This is truly unplayable. 343 please help!

Hey friends, I also have the same exact issue. to reiterate whenever I get into a game in matchmaking (including online firefight) game will Freeze withing a minute or two of match. Offline stuff works perfectly fine, but anything that is with other people results in game freezing and ultimately have to tab-out and end program.
I have tried: Reinstalling game, verifying game files, and swapping gpu’s, with no success
Unfortunately I have of course submitted a ticket to support but they have stopped responding to my emails. [this is my ticket number**<request (27758)**>] I would be more upset but obviously there is some more serious stuff going on right now. I just wish that while im stuck at home i could be playing MCC online 
Hey guys, I’ve posted a similiar topic regarding this issue and I think I’ve found a solution. It worked for me.
Go into your in game setting “career and settings”
Go to Network
Under relays turn it ON
See if this helps.
This issue is still occurring. Fresh download, had not played the game before today and yet I am unable to play multiplayer whatsoever due to this.
Been an issue for me since the beginning, have not been able to find a solution at all. Reinstalled the game three times as of now, changed the settings constantly to try and fix it, and nothing.
Really hoping there will be a fix for this soon since I have currently clocked in 59 hours (as of posting this) of solo play only.
