Game companies need to come up with something NEW instead of these """double XP""" promotions that they have been milking for over a Decade

I’m serious. I’m #$%^& TIRED of seeing “oMg iF yOu bUy tHis pRoduCt yOu gEt dOubLE xP”

it’s just another way for companies to milk money from their customers by literally providing nothing but an XP boost which they could give you in game to begin with for accomplishments etc…and almost EVERY major FPS game is guility of this. Come up with something, new, innovative and original for once instead of letting these blase, cliche “marketting” teams run the promotions for games, using the same BS that’s been done to death since 2007.

Here are some Ideas for better promotions:

  1. Exclusive map: Purchasing 5 tabs/upc’s of a product gives you an exclusive multiplayer map

  2. Purchasing 5 UPC’s gives you an extra 20 Tiers on a battlepass ( 100-120 ) which includes a variety of content

  3. 3 Item UPC’s gives you an exclusive digital Comic/graphic novel Tie-In

  4. Buying 3 UPC’s gives you an Exclusive Armor set, AND you get entered in a Raffle for a $500 Halo Diaorama set

  5. 3 UPC’s gives you access to a new custom Halo Menu/UI background with Animated Spartans and an interesting environment

  6. Purchasing 5 UPC’s of a product gives you access to a DLC Campaign a week early

All of these provide VALUE for the customer purchases, and interesting, unique and compelling content rather than just a freaking XP boost.

I don’t see this as an issue, to be fair… almost ALL of these promotional products are only available in the US and Canada, so for any and all gamers like myself outside those countries simply just miss out on all of that.
Unless of course they are willing to pay shipping costs on top of the price of the promotional product.

I deem you guys as super lucky, we get absolutely no promotional products and are only gifted high ping games :sweat_smile:

I was going to redeem a 2XP code from a can of Pringles until I realized I had to create a Kellogg’s account and upload a picture of the receipt. Just give me the code.
