If you are trying to use the invitation code you received for Halo 2, I’m afraid it won’t work anymore, since this flight is over (and the game has been released).
Also, within another email regarding invitation to the flight, there will be a link to the Insider’s support site. If this is the link you are referring to, please note that it is accessible only during a flight and if you were invited to it. Therefore, the error you are getting is because you are currently not allowed access to the site, which is normal.
If you are selected for Halo 3’s flight, you should receive another message (maybe via email too) with the instructions and a new key. I recommend that you check back here often (especially your notifications), if you don’t received anything, since we are expecting the flight to begin soon.
