Does anyone know where I upload a game clip for clip of the week/month on waypoint?

I’ve seen a few clips that 343 nominated but wondered where they were uploaded to for voting.

I got one of my most satisfying medals yesterday and wanted to share, mainly because of the distance between the enemy for the double sniper kill.
