Game Chat vs Party Chat

Anyone on here know the ms (latency) for both game and party chat?

I’m trying to find out which one is better, as in faster.

Also, if you have sources to back up your claim, that would be nice.

I’ve been trying to search for this info, but can’t seem to find it. Please help.

I don’t know which one but I’d put my money in party chat.

I would say party chat is better for a few reasons. Though the best reason is with several of the Halo games, when talking in game chat, the enemy can hear you as well if they are close enough. With party chat, they can’t hear you talking.

Game chat is fine, party might be better but the difference is really not even noticeable really. I hate when i solo search and people send me party invites knowing they can go into game chat. Its not like we are partied up so im no going to join your party chat.

In my experience the party is clearer and better overall than the in game. Just my opinion though I don’t really have any factual evidence to present.

I thought that that feature was only in Halo 3 and not in Halo 5?

There have been other Halo games with it, not just Halo 3. I know they have that feature in Halo Reach as well.
