On halo 4 the aspect of talking in lobbies before the game started was a nice feature, but now it no longer exists. It is very aggrivating to have a custom game lobby while also having to manage the party via xbox live. I am involved in a gaming group as well, so adding this small change adds efficiency and ease to the overall experience to online and custom games.
