No matter how many times I retry the game can’t sync my game data. This happened after a game in the post game carnage report wouldn’t end/connect to a host and I had to restart my Xbox One to get back to the menu.
I chose to start the app offline and now I am stuck downloading the latest matchmaking data.
yeah do a hard reset of your xbox that worked for me. This was happening to me earlier when I had played Halo before the patch came out, and tried to play it after the patch did. I had to hard reset it (hold down the power for 10 seconds or so).
Hey guys I think I know how to fix this loading last math data crap! I tried everything to fix it like hard reset but didn’t work so I went to custom games and just tried the super bounce glitch then got bored and tried multiplayer one last time and was gone! so try to go to custom games and go back and see if it worked!
OK LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!! i called xbox live they told me to go to settings> all settings> network settings> Go offline, while offline open up halo 5 to the main menu ( it should be campaign option available only) . then hit xbox button (leaving halo open) go over to restart xbox. Once restarted go back to network and go online. THen open up halo 5 and it should work ( or it did for me) Good luck hope this helps
Yea same thing happened to me the other day. I was playing campaign all day and went to a friends house to do co-op. For some reason after he signed in it caused my halo to crash. It actually screwed me because we played like 5 campaign missions on legendary and it didn’t record it for me. So now i have to go back and do it. But every time i shut off the xbox and power it back on it resets my campaign progress’s back to zero. Kind of frustrating.
Why can’t I use my saved data from any of my halo games. Because I have all the games on my xbox one? So what’s the problem. I think everyone halo career data should have been accessible from the start. That way everyone doesn’t have to keep downloading all halo games over and over and over again,
