Game can’t handle online

Halo Reach on MCC constantly kicks me out of the game for “connection problems”, problems that I have in 0% of the other games I play. On top of that, I get a ban every time this happens, and can’t even play the game.

Amazing how a bad company can take a great game and make it worse. Thanks for the free copy of reach I guess. Since you guys don’t have a reliable support number/email, nor anywhere for me to request a refund from a mobile device, I’m just going to have to dispute the transaction with my bank. Maybe next time you guys could be better at developing games, but seeing as you guys screwed up a port of an almost 10 year old game, I highly doubt that’ll happen for Infinite.

My advice? Don’t spend money on 343 games. They’re always stocked to the brim with glitches.

Your bank will (maybe) file the dispute, but it won’t succeed. You bought the game. They gave you the game. You can’t say “it has bugs” and get a dispute approved. A lot of software is buggy. All they have to do is say, “We have hundreds of thousands of people playing the game online.” I, for one, have not had a single issue with multiplayer. It sounds to me like it’s an ISP/router issue on your end.
