Every time I try enter matchmaking, It says: Downloading Latest matchmaking data. Please wait.
This makes the MCC fundamentally flawed, and in a worse condition than on release since you can’t even get onto the playlist screen.
In a way the more people complaining about it the better right? It has to get fixed eventually!
Hang in there man, I’ve got the same problem. 7 full days without being able to enter the find game option
All I had to do was hold the power button down till the Xbox turns off then unplug the power cord from the back of the Xbox for a few seconds and plug it back in, then relaunch the game. I always use the small tile to restart as well not the big one.
SOMETHING VERY SIMILAR HAPPENS IN HALO 4 (360) AS WELL. THEY HAVE NOT FIXED THAT EITHER.
ALSO, DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THE ISSUE WHERE IF YOU GO INTO FIND A GAME WITH ANOTHER PROFILE ON THE SAME CONSOLE, IT WILL FOR NO REASON SAY SOMETHING LIKE, “One or more profiles cannot be added/does not have permission to play on XBOX LIVE.” EVEN THOUGH THEY DO?? THEN IT WON’T LET ME FIND A GAME. (Don’t tell me it’s my privacy settings because when I do the same thing with the same profiles, it will let me play as normal. My internet connection is not bad, either.) THEY NEED TO FIX THIS AS WELL.

Same problems here - simply broken for a lot of ppl…yet some on these forums have “no problems with matchmaking and games start up in seconds”. I’d have to see it to believe it…maybe 343 has BS accounts they use to make it seem they actually have done their job and made a working multiplayer game.
