I didn’t understand half the crap you said, but I do agree. 343 needs to get fired and someone competent needs to take charge, anyone will do, to be honest.
The Halo 5 beta is done by a different team. While I believe that they should have moved (more) people from the Halo 5 team to MCC temporarily to fix the game, putting all of the Halo 5 team on MCC would make matters worse (too many cooks in the kitchen).
343 isn’t developing the ODST port. I believe that is being done by Ruffian games as well.
While I’m one for blaming 343 for a lot of things, these reasons aren’t completely valid. My guess is that the next CU that they are doing the beta for is reverting back to the old party system like I’ve said they should and will fix most of those bugs with partying up and matchmaking. First time I’ve been optimistic about a patch.

Yup. The game works fine for me, but they are beta testing a patch so that’s good news.
