FYI: FUD YouTube view count by episode

Part 1: 7,46 million
Part 2: 3,89 million
Part 3: 3.18 million
Part 4: 7.46 million
Par5 5: TBD

Note that this is only on YouTube. a significant amount of people chose to watch them on Waypoint. So the actual viwership should at least 1.5x to 2x of above figure.

If a TV series can have such ratings, it would be a huge success

Wow I never expected that many views!

That would be a very successful television series.

But don’t TV shows base their ratings on the premier of an episode and not repeats? Of course some of those views are the times people watch it after the first.

I don’t mean anything bad by what I said there, either way you put it, if this was a TV show there would be no doubt that it would get cleared for a second season and so on.

Forward Unto Dawn was freakin’ amazing and I can’t wait for more!

Yeah, sure. YouTube view count is not exactly comparable to Nielson. Still pretty impressive though.

I really like the series simply because it’s the first time we can see Halo in live action with a story behind it. However, I think that due to the time and budget limitations this web series only showcased a very small fraction of Halo franchise’s potential for a move / TV series. Hopefully this is just a start of something great that is yet to come.
