I work with my clan. In fact, I lead my clan. I do weekly event and training for them taking knowledge I’ve learned and help impose on them. While my own competitive scene isn’t high, I do instill teachings that I, myself have learned about and in the competitive scene. Such as things like corner peaking, when attack objectives, positioning with specific weapons, map information, ally awareness, enemy awareness, and game quirks. When it comes to the hard skills like Accuracy, I tend to have them do practical or mechanical routines. I’ll also often watch their own game play and give feedback. Whether your team want pro, or just wants to be that little bit better if you we’re interested, I could work something out. This would have to be something we’d need to discuss.
We arent looking for a coach in the terms that we need help with the game, rather a coach in the halo terms as basically a 5th man that is able to view the game from a third person POV and provide the team information on how to proceed with the game, help track spawns of enemy players and powerups, so on and so forth. if this sounds like something you would like to try add me on discord and we can talk.
