The grenade launcher would be a great human equivalent to the Covenant Plasma Caster.

Needle rifle needs to return as a power weapon. Such a cool -Yoinking!- weapon.
I’d rather have the brute shot return opposed to grenade launcher. We already have the Hydra and Railgun.
