I really thought Spartan Companies would play a bigger role in Halo 5: Guardians.
The trailer before the release of H5. Yes you can customize a Company emblem, background, fav games and more! Its awesome! But exclusive to Waypoint.
You unlock commendations, but to me and my Company, they aren’t worth. Unless you want to find 100 people to max out and grindddd for the Achilles Armour.
…Well, like 9 months into H5, your company finally gets a separate place on the roster!
But what should be added so that Spartan Companies play a bigger role?
Hopefully, if when the H5 UI is updated, we can see Spartan cards (browse other players in menu) like Halo Reach’s UI (00:14), once Halo 5’s UI is updated (Video, 1:42),
browsing another spartan or your own, maybe you can see their Spartan Company display, and with a click of a button go more into the UI of the Spartan Company, it would display your Company’s banner, background, fav games, etc.
So what would you guys add? Maybe a new concept/role for Halo 6 Companies? 150+ people? Renamed “Companies”, to “Fireteams”?

Ehh, I wouldn’t rename “Companies” to “Fireteams.” Fireteam, by definition, is a small sub-unit of military officers in which “bounding overwatch” and “fire by movement” is optimised. Companies make far more sense.
I feel like they were a stupid implementation to begin with, and having them for the occasional pack (worth a bit more than a daily win), and a not-so-good-looking MJOLNIR suit that people go absolutely crazy for just makes them even more stupid. If they do bring back companies I hope it’s in a manner that’s less competitive, more rewarding, and makes you feel like being in a company is a good idea, not just for an overrated armor piece, supposedly based on a Greek warrior, yet not even remotely aesthetically accurate.
Perhaps the ability to change the background color of the Gamertags of company members. That way it would be more clear who is in a company and partied up?
Yeah, Spartan Companies could have and should have played a much larger role in Halo 5… Here’s hoping they’all play a larger role in 6!!!

Lol i want halo to innovate, but dont innovate too much. You know what I mean? Like having too much freedom to make a WHOLE customized personal emblem like the ones in Call Of Duty, or gun skins.
Halo gets better, not worse. Better skins, better customization. At least, before Halo 5…
Here’s an idea: once h6 releases, the population in h5 will inevitably drop. We won’t be able to flaunt our Achilles armor/helmets as trophies. Maybe an Achilles forum badge? Or an exclusive Achilles emblem in h6? That might be cool.
