So I’m a huge Halo fan, and lots of my friends are too, but they don’t keep up with development nearly as much as me. Most of them won’t know about things like the Thruster Pack, Binary Rifle, Mantis, et cetera. I really enjoy just mopping the floor with them in the first couple weeks of Halo being out, because I practically know where every vehicle is on most maps whereas they barely know what Prometheans are.
When Halo 3 came out, I would always play them in Forge, which they thought was just Slayer, and then disappear every time I was almost dead. It went on for weeks without them knowing.
What are some funny tricks you guys are going to pull on your friends who have been living under a rock this past half a year of Halo news?
I plan on using Thruster Pack for our first match, because I think it would be cool if you’re not expecting it to just see a Spartan slide left and right. Also, though, I want to think of some funny things to do to mess with them. Any ideas? (Funniness appreciated)
