Funko pop Game Add-on not there?

I bought the blue and yellow “Spartan Mark VII with VK78 Commando Rifle (Game add-on)” funko pop a few months ago, and successfully redeemed my code.

When loading into Halo Infinite, I don’t see anything except the base, free cosmetics and features.

What add-on did I actually get, and why isn’t it available for use?
