When driving a warthog or mongoose, you can hold the handbrake indefinitely to feel faster / be more agile. I’m not talking just for a quick powerslide. I’m saying you can hold handbrake the entire time you drive, it doesn’t slow you at all. It might even be slightly faster?
To be clear, I’m referencing the brake that stops rotation of the back wheels only. The brake that stops all four wheels works fine. You can hold brake and slide uphill at full speed. You can enter a parked warthog, hold brake, and still accelerate normally to full speed. Try it out! I reported this as a bug, but the ticket was closed so I guess it’s intended behavior. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
