What do you guys think about fully customizable controls, personally I think it’s a good idea, I like bumper jumper and all but I don’t like my equipment being the x button, I think the fastest way to solve any control issue is to allow full customization and my personal opinion is that they should allow this in halo 4!
yea but i would probably just stick with Recon controls.
Just offer me the Halo 3 controls and I’m fine. No RB to melee nonsense.

but if you have customizable controls then you can have that back and if you dont like it then you can tweek it to your liking…

I wouldn’t mind that, I mean, more preference the player has to act on the better right? No need to restrict the fun!
As long as fire gun stays as trigger because spamming would go through the roof if people put it as bumper.
So long as i get bumper jumper back, i don’t care. but custom controls could lead to problems.

I think this would be a great idea. for one, It would be interesting for the layout to suit everyone, so no one would complain. and two, for me, I’d have a lot of fun quickscoping using the RB or the RT button. So I dont see why not.
(343 should have the normal control options like the rest of the games, but a customizable venue as well.)
Only if there are also presets. If not, most people will just not bother with it.
But of course there’s also the issue of people creating unfair control schemes, like one that makes it ridiculously easy to make so called “newb” combos.
