Please give us an option to create our own controller setup from scratch

at the nyc event a guy made a review and he said there werent custom controls. However, he said there were so many options to choose from it felt like they were custom controls

I just hope there’s something close to Halo 3’s default controls (like the Recon controls in Reach, Or atleast I think it was the Recon) because thats the control scheme I’m used to. It’d be tough to change it.

I’m sure there will be a FEW settings that resemble the old halo controls like the RECON setting so that any new buttons can have an alt for your preference
But we can all say that not having one to resemble the halo play would simply not be halo style so I can at least assure you we can expect to be sated quite well for our game style

Haha way to clear up any possible misunderstandings due to your choice in vocabulary. That was pretty funny. But yeah I’m sure they will. I almost freaked out starting Reach when I couldn’t find a control scheme that matched Halo 3’s default (But I Did). I’m sure your right.

I’d rather not have to go digging to find a scheme I am okay with. Customization option would save us all the hassle of searching for something passable.

I’m guessing that preset control schemes still won’t have some more unorthodox set ups that people might use.
