Full metal jacket reference in Halo 3 ODST?

In full metal jacket, the scenes where they interview the soldiers, Animal mother (A character in the movie) says a specific line that I recognized from Halo 3 ODST

I will compare them

ODST
“Well… Uhh, Like, You know… Like you see, You know, It’s a major city so we have to assault with, uh… Scorpions, so they send us in, first squad to make sure the… Little grunts waiting with… you know uhh… Plasma cannons and blow the tanks away, so… You know, we clear it out, and roll the hogs in and basically blow the place to hеll.”

Full Metal Jacket

If I’m correct, Dutch says it at random times when you meet him.
I also think the marines from Halo 3 say it at random times too, but I’m not sure
