FuD Marines vs Halo 4 Marines

I’m confused about what Marines will look like in Halo 4. In the trailer, we see this shot of a Marine, who’s wearing some white helmet that looks like a Clone Pilot from Star Wars. In the Forward Unto Dawn, the marines have the same uniforms as in Halo 3. Personally, I don’t like the white armor, especially with the weird bumps by the ears and how it goes around the chin. The traditional helmet which only covers the top of the head looks much better.

They wear training gear mostly in forward unto dawn.

In 32 years, a lot can change.

FUD is set early in the war, hence the outdated armour. Lasky is wearing newer armour or possibly officer specific armour. In reality, he probably is wearing that to distinguish himself as character when around standard marines. We’ll have to wait and see.

The FuD Helmet resembles the Army/Marine Helmet from Reach. The Halo 4 Marine Helmet looks blue-ish green to me.

I quite like that armour looks kind of cool.

It’s quite obvious. There is no actual reason for this topic…

Just 343 making -Yoink!- iterations.

I prefer the FUD marines which are like the HR and CEA marines which I believe nailed the marines appearance dead on

Halo 4 takes place a couple of years after Halo 3, where they still had the same armor.
