There were around 15-16, from what I’ve seen other members post.
And different armor variants.
I thought Cheif was also going to pull off his helmet.
(though it looks like the Spartans are wearing large turtle necks)

They’re all ~15 years old. (Born 2511, FUD in 2526)
It seems that they didn’t have enough time/money to create 2 more sets of Mk IV armor for the actors for Fred and Kelly, so they reused and modified the armor sets from the Deliver Hope trailer (originally used for N6 and Kat).
