I’ve had a couple of extremely frustrating problems with Halo 5 today, and since I can’t seem to find a way to file an official complaint, I’m taking to the forums. One of these problems is that I got the banhammer for pretty much no reason. In the last two weeks I’ve had four DNFs, which is fairly reasonable, in my opinion. I’ve had to quit because of dinner or chores, or things of that matter, or because my teammates are just too frustrating. The last game I played before getting the banhammer was this one. If you look at my game history, the game before it was a DNF, but I didn’t get banned until after my latest game (the ban time was rather strange, it was three minutes, forty-nine seconds).
That was frustrating enough, but this is even worse. I completed this game, and the carnage report said that I had two REQ packs to open. Sure enough, there were two: an Arena Daily Win Pack and a Company Commendation Reward Pack. I successfully opened the former, but when I attempted to open the latter, this is what happened. How is that possible? I checked my requisitions on Halo Waypoint, and was told that there weren’t any unopened packs. I launched another game then relaunched Halo 5 and the Open Packs tab of the requisitions area showed the same thing. I really want that pack, but can’t have it now because of some glitch.

While this does help with my first problem, I still don’t have that REQ pack.

Reset your xbox. It may reappear. If not count your reqs, sometimes it’ll have ‘opened’ without showing you the results.
