Running into some issues with maintaining clear connectivity it seems, I have some ~high ratio of approximately 1-in-3 games that suddenly freeze after 10 minutes of gameplay (specifically multiplayer) or when there is a large amount of units on the field at a given time. I have also noticed that it occurs strictly in matches of 3v3, is this a widespread issue with Halo Wars 2 multiplayer for other players or is just on my end?
Any advice or solutions to rectify or decrease the likelihood of the issue recurring in the nearby future?
Is it a recoverable freeze? Does it pause and then start up again? Or are you permanently in the frozen state?

Neither, I still have access to the sub-menus that allow for modification of game settings and resignations, in addition, I can free roam across the map with the 3rd person camera. Party members in some cases have noted that I disconnect from a game shortly after reporting a frozen game, but the game does not restart nor do I lose access to the game from my end (I can still freeroam across a frozen image of the map unhindered, I can even access the firebase functions).
I’m having this issue as well, it’ll freeze the units and buildings for a few seconds, then rapidly play all the frames that happened during those few seconds so it looks like everything is running really fast, then stutter back to a freeze, which then continues till I’m eventually kicked from the match but still on the frozen screen of the match. It’s also happening to me at about 1 in 3 matches I play, though normally with 2v2 (though it’s happened in 3v3 as well).
Does it look something like the video in this thread?
The video in this thread.
No. The screen is completely frozen, but I can still freeroam across the battlefield/map with the camera and access sub-menu functions. It stays that way for a minute, at which point, other party members will inform me that I have disconnected, but my screen says otherwise. I will remain in this frozen state until I elect to manually leave the game.

This is a support forum that users are supposed to help one another, and provide information on problems they are hitting. You didn’t even make an effort to follow the template of your problem from the stickied posts. Your thread had no value, all you were doing was cussing and saying that you had been disconnected. This information does not help anyone.

This is different than what other people are reporting. You can still use the UI, scroll the map. You don’t receive any error about falling too far behind or anything?

Correct, I can use the UI normally - or at least as normally as I can under these peculiar circumstances. There are no warnings, or mentions of an error. It just happens, and stays the way I’ve described earlier until I manually elect to leave.
They know what’ wrong. Everyone is experiencing the same issue. They just keep asking questions. No it doesn’ look like the video you posted. The game pauses as in stays still, but you can still free roam till it disconnects you.
