Frozen forge glitch... how to fix?

I have a map that won’t let me forge on it.
I’ve heard about having no spawns on the map causing this glitch.
But I have 4 initial and respawns.

I’ve tried different teams, and inviting other people.
Even other people are stuck, and unable to move.
With the pause menu saying they are dead.

Same with me idk why but its happening to alot of people. Can you help me? I want ro see if you join me if ill get unstuck
