What can smaller spartan companies do to get more attention?

It seems as if the front page on the browse spartan company list is full of big spartan companies which isn’t bad but how do smaller spartan companies get their company on the front page so more people can see it and apply?

Is it by number of members online? Is it by commendations?

However I still am curious as to know what the algorithm is for a spartan company to get to the front page. I feel like that is one of the biggest things.

You have to get a high amount of commendations towards the Achilles armor

I don’t know if that is the case or not because I see on page 1 a company called Prospect with 0 or 1 percent commendations but a company like Reach Legacy has far more commendations but is behind it on page 2.
