Well I am going from enjoying halo 4 to starting to despise it.
I enjoy it.
I don’t mind adapting to changes. I couldn’t care less about ranking systems.
I don’t mind the maps. I can live with the instant re-spawn.
And just about every other complaint i’ve heard.
BUT the lag is GETTING WORSE
Seriously I don’t know wtf is making it worse. But more and more games. Everything is Slow. Latent, and is just getting worse.
What was crisp and fast. is now frustrating.
I also have to say. Reach was fantastic. Seriously Never understood the hate.
Infact the last halo game that sucked was halo wars.
The insta-respawn is what does it for me, haha. I basically get penalised for trying to stealth around or use tactics/slower paced fighting.
But yeah, been getting hit by lag attacks from time to time. The constant re-connecting to a new host seems to be hitting more frequently too. It usually waits until I’m mid-air on Adrift after using a man-cannon, so that when it reconnects I have a ‘suicide’ waiting for me. Like that’s MY fault…pile of yoink…
You are not the only. If you could see what happened to me this morning in a game on Exile… There was so much lag that:
- Whithout moving you was sliding around the map.
- While fighting you was having your weapon dropped and after some time falling dead.
- You was getting sniped and after some time from being dead you could see the sniper shots arriving.
It was just unplayable, the only game that I finished really bad ._. And it wasn’t my connection, during this game I checked line and ping was fine, under 50.
