I had the same problem. I fulfilled the requirements twice in the same match, and nothing unlocked.
make sure the match in which you made didnt made a host migration, since that was a problem in Noble maps, when the host migrated the achievements were disabled, rarely of course
When they stick you, you can do no damage to them before the explosion. Basically you have to make them commit suicide with their own grenade. If you damage them, it counts as your kill and you don’t get the achievement.
