Would just like to complain and also discuss how I could possibly go from a 42 in Ricochet to a 5. Me and my friend play together every game. One game we played and we won emphatically, and I went down from a 42 to a 37, my friend went from a 27 to a 22. About 10 games later, we won about 7 of them, lose 3, the last 3 games we played we won. When I say won, we didn’t get a DNF or anything as we check every single game. I played one game of Ricochet today, which we won 200-50, and went from a 39 to a 5, when my friend went up from a 23 to a 33. Anyone have any clue how or why this could have happened, or is it just another example of a pathetically broken ranking system?
Were you a 42 in Ricochet to begin with? Or were you a 42 in another gametype then played Ricochet and were leveled up to a 5?
Looks like a legitimate problem. I checked and you went straight from CSR 38 to CSR 1 after one game–and a winning game at that.

OP, it’s just broken. The amount of times I’ve won games and dropped rank (Yes, I know there are Team and Ind playlists).
This game’s a trainwreck, in general, and the last minute excuse for a ranking system’s no exception.
For whatever reason I think the CSR was reset in Ricochet for a few people, myself was included. No chance on earth did I go from a 19 to a 1 nor would you have gone down from a 42 (chances are you played a few games and ranked up before you noticed the reset).
I was ranked down too but I don’t give a Rat’s Nest. (lol Halo 3 reference) I thought maybe you were talking about team slayer, in which case it’s understandable seeing how they reset it.
CSR is broken and never will be fixed
Ive got a csr 50 in team snipes and got deranked to 49 after i won a game and got 1st of my team -.-

It’s a problem with when Race came out. I played a few games of Race and got it to a 25 (updated to a 28 after that game) and when I played Ricochet the next time I was ranked down instantly from a 39 to a 28… the same rank my Race was at the time. Something screwed up because until today, Halotracker had listed the new Race playlist as Missing Playlist and then it showed Ricochet twice as a 39 and 28. Now that it fixed, my Ricochet is still down from what it was.
Hqppend to me last night. Went from 29 downto 13 after winning 10 in a row or something.
