A buddy of mine was invited to the Halo Infinite Technical Preview (the current one) and whenever they had launched the game it would tell them that they were offline, which is physically impossible because at the same time they were in a Discord call with me showing the games screen.
They got a code for the steam version, does anyone know a solution to fix this issue or is anyone else experiencing this?
Did your buddy sign-in to their Xbox account upon opening the game? That can lock you out if you don’t sign-in… Other than that I’m not sure.

Yep, they signed in when they opened the game.
Aparently, there’s no solution yet. I already tried everything, and we have no info about how to solve it
