It is usually between 9-10pm GMT that the new Reqs go live. Which is usually about 4-5 hours after the update goes live.
Note that this only pertains to those who have all REQs already or specifically want the new stuff. Other wise buy away

Should I have tried with a more direct title like “don’t spend REQS tomorrow right away”?

Thanks. It’s also a good idea to check your req collection to see if the new reqs are there before using your points.

You have to install an update before it let’s you play.
Why wouldn’t the reqs be there when the update finishes?

Even after the update the new rewe aren’t ready yet
