I really only play MCC online co-op, and I only play it with my closest friends in our own private peer to peer hosted games.
We have noticed recently that we are being prompted A LOT to either report or dismiss friendly fire deaths. We are worried that this could lead to being banned from playing MCC or at least the multi-player, or maybe even XBL account bans, like if one of us accidentally hits the wrong button at wrong time or something to that effect.
Basically we only do the normal amount of friendly abuse any normal Halo playing BFFs put each other through. Sometimes we just goof off. Sometimes it’s on purpose, like “I need more ammo, kill me a few times”.
I am worried this totally normal behavior could lead to XBL suspension, or bans and/or console bans. I am also deeply worried because I know once someone pulls that trigger it’s almost impossible to reverse.
Please fix this. This is just a disaster waiting to happen.
