friendly fire isn’t completely gone it’s just toned down a lot. A friend of mine and I tested this when the game came out. Normally a close range shotgun blast will kill someone, but it took 3 or 4 I think for him to kill me with a shotgun when we were on the same team
It’s not gone, but you have to go out of your way to betray someone now unless you’re using a power weapon.
You can still get betrayed. Now you simply don’t do as much damage to teammates as you do enemies.
