Friend Didn't Get Planet Calling Card

Me and my friend just beat the game on legendary in under three hours and while I got the calling card, he didn’t for some reason. To be exact we both completed the campaign in 2 hours 48 minutes and 57 seconds. Imgur: The magic of the Internet

I assume the game you are referring to is Halo: Reach as his Halo 3: ODST time is way over three hours. On the Lone Wolf mission, was he killed by any means other than the Covenant?

He died by his own frag grenade since we were speedrunning the best we could

That would most likely be the reason why you got it and he didn’t. As far as I know you have to die from the Covenant. Have him try it in co-op.
