Where?
Lmao
They can’t even type words on time
Shows out. Who cares about the game.
Confirmed by Ske7ch, no blog this week.
That’s very disappointing… ![]()
FYI:
hey Pat, no blog today I’m afraid - but we should have some initial season one feedback outcomes/info to share next week. @ ske7ch

FYI
Hmm you mean to tell me you posted this first
“Initial season 1 feedback outcomes”? Maybe I’m struggling at the moment but what the heck does he mean?
So, one month before this six month extended season ends they’re going to tell us what they’ve changed/plan to change? Haven’t they already done that? I mean… am I wrong? Are they so dried up that they’re recycling their excuses and “we plan to do X to Y so Z can blah blah blah…”?!
I feel like I’m missing something here. Someone smarter than me break it down. And use finger paints so I can understand this a little better, because what I think I’m hearing makes me want to put my hand in a toaster to distract myself from the stupidity.
Initial season 1 feedback: 343 messed up big time.
Is there anyone there that actually cares about this franchise anymore?
Everyone above you talking in this, if not, dozens of others on the forums not to mention 343 and Microsoft themselves
Its a shame, they were consistent for 4 weeks at least.
They said they were doing the weekly blog posts to be more transparent with the community and discuss whats going on behind the scenes at 343i.
Week 1 we had some form of road map,
Staten posted about the 100+ cosmetic items for season 2 battle pass, told us about tac-ops event.
Week 2,
They broke down issues with desync and how it works on a peer to peer basis.
Week 3.
They broke down the rank system. explaining how it works etc and how it would be improved going forward.
Week 4,
They addressed the anti cheat situation - stating they would be making their own in house anti cheat and a unmentioned date…
This week, nothing…
You know things are bad when the dev’s stop caring about their own fan base.
Yeah the one little nugget they could give to their rightfully angry fanbase and they don’t even deliver on that. The snowball has gotten so big on this downhill trend that any little thing just makes the avalanche of outrage stronger.
To me, it’s a common failing of business, especially in the technical sectors. Employees fall into the careless trap of using internal jargon when speaking with customers. If the public relations folks (“community team”) at 343 wish to be more professional, they should speak plainly and strongly avoid “pillars,” “learnings,” “outcomes” and other such corporate blather.
My guess is there’s little to report this week as they’ve been otherwise busy at the GDC conference in San Francisco and also wish to keep the focus on their new streaming TV series. Not justifying it, just a possible explanation.
What I get from that is, everything that we gave feedback about, they are going to tell us what they are doing with that.
But that might just be the copium and hopium talking
About the franchise? Yes, about Infinite? Not so much.
There’s a person who works in the marketing department at my work and they write a motivational email every week. Just some random stuff that gets showcased from one of the numerous departments. It’s probably the worst email in the world and most, probably don’t even read it.
But without fail it’s written every week and has been since the start of the pandemic.
On the other hand, we have a multi billion dollar gaming franchise where people are crying out for information and they can’t even keep the game loop going for five weeks on these updates.
Something is a miss!
Next week’s update better be fricking huge.
