Frequently Disconnecting from Warzone Matches

I have been having this problem since Halo 5’s release. I stopped playing for months because of it, only to return for the Firefight update and find that it’s still happening. I’ve wasted tons of REQ’s and Boosts and I’m extremely frustrated. I have made multiple threads about this problem since release and none of them have been addressed by a 343 employee. If I continue to receive such shockingly poor customer service then I’m simply gonna have to refund the game.

I am unable to pinpoint the cause of the disconnects. It usually only happens in Warzone modes. I’m aware that Time-Warner Cable customers have problems with this game’s servers but I’m using Cox. Is Cox also known to have problems? I am wired and open NAT.

Try going wired and setting your NAT to open. It eliminated most disconnects for me.

I am wired and NAT is set to open. This has always been my setup.

Hmm, the only other thing I can think of is to speak with your ISP to see if there is anything they can do. I run wired with NAT on Cablevision and am rarely disconnected. A couple of times when I did get disconnected was due to my ISP, or issues with XBL.
