Frequent Black Screens

I have run searches on this topic, and I have added my voice to threads with similar issues. Games frequently black screen for myself and my roommate, and the problem is made worse when we play together. We have the best internet package that Comcast can offer us, so I do not believe our down/up speeds are an issue. I have been black screen during too many games, some of which result in me being kicked.

This game is hardly playable when my roommate and I play at the same time (this is partially improved by us not playing together). I would appreciate help on this topic, as I have not been able to enjoy many days of playing without problems since this game has launched.

I was having this very same problem a week or so back…

Team Slayer, Action Sack, Rumble Pit… Worked flawlessly.
Once I get into anything larger - especially Big Team - almost every game would black screeen every ten to fifteen seconds.

Turns out, my NAT setting was set to Moderate after we had gotten our outdated router replaced, and after getting that opened back up to NAT: Open, the problems vanished almost immediately.
