I mostly play Big Team Slayer and it seems that Meltdown, Vortex, and Exile get the lion’s share of ballot appearances during voting while Ragnarok is sidelined. The selection is definitely not [wholly] random. Does anyone know the real percent chance of Ragnarok appearing as an option in Big Team Slayer voting process?
It was reduced in the first matchmaking update after people complained about its frequency. Now BTIS is dedicated to Exile, which is a much worse Big Team map. I’d love it if Ragnarok could be brought back into the rotation - Exile is a cluttered, unbalanced mess
But if anyone from 343 reads this I’m loving Halo 4, I just think the Big Team playlist could be better
After some forum complaining, Ragnarok was reduced in weighting by 343. Im going to assume that it was at about a 1/5th share initially. I can only guess at its exact weighting, but I would say it shows up about 1 in 9 map offerings currently.
Ragnarok got used for nearly every BTB game for a while, until is weighting was reduced. Now Exile is turning into this, surpassing Vortex and Meltdown most of the time. The maps need rebalancing again.

I think the best fix would be, more then five maps to choose from =/
