Has H5 been freezing a lot for anyone lately? It only ever happens in the lobby especially when changing tabs and looking at the carnage report.
I have yet to discover a pattern to this. Sometimes it works perfect for weeks and on some days it hangs itself after every other game.
Solo, party, quickly switching, waiting a bit, mashing, dashboarding,… No idea. Maybe it’s some backend issue?

Happened to me a few days ago 3 times within a 2 hr period. The first two times I was able to restart my game through the Xbox Guide but the 3rd time I had to restart my Xbox.
Use to happen to me a lot when opening packs. Now I always make sure to wait till the “loading/thinking” spiral goes away. That seems to prevent the freezing with that. When queuing I never toggle screens anymore to help prevent navigation freezing.
Perform a hard reset on your xbox.
Hold power button for 10 seconds then let go and restart.
Or, unplug power cord for 10 seconds, then re-plug and restart.
Freezing has been happening for years. Nothing really can be done unless 343 fixes it.

Yes, I think 343 never found the root of the problem is that why it will never disappear
