freezing - The Maw and mission select

hi,

i have finally completed halo CE legendary playthrough yeep took me a while haha and every time im on the last cut scene at the end of the mission after the camera pans out to the stars but before completion achievements are awarded the game just freezes and the only way out is to turn my xbox of and on agai,

Also whenever i try to change missions it freezes on the “changing missions will make you lose all your progress in the current mission”.

I have the game installed i even uninstalled and reinstalled iv also cleared my system cache is there anything else that could help.

IDK, maybe you scratched the disk or something? Honestly, I’ve never heard of anything like this.

well i managed to set it so it didn’t load from a save and completed the first level and it gave me the achievements for completing n legendary and such but i still cant complete the maw its annoying.
