I bought halo 5 digitally and it has frozen many times. I cannot complete any multiplayer matches without it freezing towards the end or at the beginning of the match. I have installed 4 times and even factory reset my Xbox and nothing works. I have talked with support and they said “we have done everything on our end and to post on halo waypoint.” This is getting ridiculous cause I can’t find anyone else with this issue. It’s basically unplayable because I’ll play for 10 minutes and it’ll freeze causing me to hard reset. I am not happy since I payed 65 dollars for this game. Please help 343 or anyone.

Has 343 or Microsoft gotten back to you about this issue? It just doesn’t make since that it is doing this. You are the only person I found that has the same issue. I feel like we need some kind of compensation for buying a game that doesn’t work for us.
I have the same issue. I can’t get into a matchmaking game or a campaign mission without the Xbox freezing and rebooting. Sometimes its a black screen then reboot and other times it’s this gosh awful sound that makes my ears bleed then reboot. All my other digital games work except Halo 5. Anyone find a fix yet?
Same issue here, game keeps freezing then crashing to the xbox one dashboard on me during arena matches, now the game banned me because of the constant crashing. Awesome.
I also have this problem but it usually freezes really early in the match for me… Rather frustrating. Digitally downloaded and have already uninstalled/reinstaled once… Please help 343 or microsoft or someone 
Anybody have a fix for this yet? Mine doesn’t crash fully, just freezes for about 30 seconds then continues like nothing happened. Then it freezes again about 5 minutes later
