I am using a Samsung laptop that runs windows 10. My laptop exceeds all of the requirements to run Halo Wars 2. I purchased the legendary edition that also comes with Halo wars 1. Halo Wars 1 works perfectly. Halo Wars 2 freezes at the first “Halo screen” every time. I have talked to Microsoft support for over 9 hours now. This is the last stop. We have literally tried all of the trouble shooting that that have in their arsenal. They sent me here as a last resort to ask the developers. Please help.
