I have videos and pictures on my accout that it won’t load onto the game after the menu screen I have deleted and reinstalled the game 2 times I have factory reset my xbox and had nothing on it and started from scratch again and it still continues to freeze at the menu idk what to do anymore other than ask for help on here does anyone have any ideas until halo fixes my game cause until then this halo spartan is technically dead
Give this a try and see if it solves the problem
- Highlight the MCC tile and press the menu button on your controller
- Go to Manage game & add-ons
- Click on Saved data
- Do not press delete all, instead choose reserved space & your profile save individually and press “delete everywhere”
Try launching the game again after this
