So at first I thought there was a messed up setting I missed as everything looked like it had too much contrast and really bright , but I thoroughly went through all the settings including HDR, and ended up finding the solution on Reddit, a user said G-Sync and Freesync is broken in the game, so I turned off Freesync and the picture went back to normal. Halo infinite is the only game that has this issue.
