So I finally got my alpha priority specializations codes. But I had to get it in the most roundabout way because 343i wouldnt help or respond to any post and basically ignored the matter completely. About 3 days ago I filed a complaint against 343i for false advertisement with better business bureau (BBB) and 2 days later microsoft contacted me talked to me for a little bit found out the trouble I was having in obtaining my code and quickly fixed it apologized for my trouble and sent it to me in my email.
Not even 10 minutes later I had the email with the code and also had a code for 1 month free of xbox live gold.
It seems the only way I found to get the code we shouldn’t have to report them to the BBB but I was able to get my code and I thought I should pass this information along since so many others are having a hard time as well. Hopefully this will resolve some players issues.

Maybe 343 should take notice and just apply an update for these specializations. I think we have all waited long enough for something that should have came with the original game.
Nice to see that there is still decent people in the community. It would be cool to win the code as i have been stuck at level 70 for 4 weeks and i live in the UK so missed out when they gave codes out. Thanks my GT: RedDogRed

That’s great to hear that you got your code, shame on microsoft and 343 for going about this the way they have. From the issues of the L.E. edition, free maps to standard owners, to the server problems couple weeks ago they have really disappointed their fan base. For some reason they still haven’t learned from it and continue to screw up. Hopefully something will wake them up and settle things right with the fans.
