Hi I know this is not really a Halo topic but I was wondering if there are any GTA like games with the same core elements IE driving shooting open world but without the language drugs and -Yoink!- thanks for any thing you can share

Crackdown is pretty similar, but not everyone liked it. You should also check out Just Cause 2.
