You don’t need anything to get the Recon helmet on Reach. You can just unluck it at around Commmander, I think.
Hey OP - if you’re after the standard version of Recon then your can buy it for 100,000 credits once your reach the rank of Colonel. If you’re after the UA/HUL variant then that was only available as a pre-order bonus in the US and needs a code. You would have to purchase one from Ebay which could be expensive as I imagine they are super rare these days. We don’t allow selling, trading or begging for codes on the forums so I’ll close this off
