I bought the MCC on 11.11.14 and played it also the same day. Online and offline. Anyway I have still not received the free month of xbox gold. Microsoft support told me to contact 343.

Yeah, this doesn’t help me. I also read this before I have posted this thread. “If you still haven’t recieved it by the end of January, that’s the time you should be contacting 343i / Xbox Live Support” - guess what? It’s end of January. So I’m looking for some support…
At the time of writing that post, it was said that anyone who didn’t have it by the end of January should send their gamertag to Bravo. As of now, they are stilling rolling out and will continue to do so into February until everyone has theirs.
