Hi, I got the msg for the free month of xbox live and I was waiting to use it but I had no idea that xbox live auto deletes its messages so I lost the code ;(. So I contacted Xbox support and told me to post this here:

I’m not sure why the directed you here, XBL Support are really the folk you need to contact on this. I think perhaps they mean you to post on their support forums. They have people helping with this issue
Lol I just added mine on when I got it Xbox messages always delete after 30 day …
